A Castle Hill Cider Wedding is classy and chic venue. The rolling hills, white fencing, orchards, centuries-old trees, and a lake create a perfectly romantic setting for your wedding day. The Castle Hill property rests on 600 acres of land. As a result, there’s plenty of amazing locations for your ceremony! Their most popular indoor location is the barn. This stately white barn contains soft, delicate lighting, details and beautiful décor.
They also have several outdoor options. The Linden Grove consists of elegant Linden trees that create natural shade. For cider lovers, you can have your ceremony in the Orchards! Of course, you can also choose the Lawns for your ceremony. The lawns are surrounded by cherry trees and wisteria arbors, with a beautiful lake in the background. It’s the perfect spot for photos! You are certain to fall in love with one of these locations for your special day.
At your Castle Hill Cider Wedding, you’ll find accommodations for wedding preparations, weather, group sizes, and personal requests. They have space for live music, a bar, and any other special requests you may have. Do you want to bring your furry friend with you on your wedding day? This venue is also dog friendly!
In addition, there is a beautiful bridal suite provided for wedding preparations. It features a gorgeous fireplace and plenty of lounge space for loved ones. For cocktail hours or other intimate parts of the wedding, the tasting room serves as the perfect spot. There’s even a loft in the barn, which can be used for the ceremony. This is the perfect venue for a romantic sendoff because sparklers are allowed outside and candles are allowed indoors! Most importantly, they also include plenty of onsite parking. The staff truly will accommodate any and all of your needs here!
Since this estate has been around since 1762, it has an amazing story to tell. Originally established by King George II, the Walker family make this estate their home. Because of their significance in early America, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and others involved themselves with this estate. The estate stayed in the family for many years down the road, but passed out of the family in 1948, and landed in the hands of the amazing owners it has today!
Currently, Castle Hill Cider occupies 600 acres, while historical homes and gardens take up the other 600 acres. Mr. Walker originally founded the orchard in 1777. Because of this beautiful history, the new owners decided to reinstate the orchard in 2010. This beautiful estate now contains the cider orchard, beekeeping, a historical home, and more. Of course, it also contains Castle Hill’s well-known wedding venue. If you appreciate a venue with history, this one is perfect for you!
Your Castle Hill Cider Wedding will include so much of what you need. Your rental includes everything from tables and chairs to lawn games. You can utilize the locations however you’d like because your booking includes all locations! One of my favorite details is the catering areas, which are available for any of their preferred vendors. They accommodate up to 250 guests or more for an additional fee. Their wedding package will make your wedding perfect, and provide so much flexibility!
