Cross Keys Barn, tucked away in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, is a magical venue. You’ll feel like you just stepped into another world when you walk through the gorgeous sliding barn doors. One of my favorite aspects of the Shenandoah Valley is all the beautiful greenery. Few venues get a better view than Cross Keys Barn! This venue is located off of scenic Port Republic road, meaning there’s few buildings and businesses around. It’s private and leaves room for amazing views! The highlight of this view is Massanutten Peak.

How romantic is it to be married right in front of this elegant backdrop?! This mountain view will look extra special with fall foliage, but it stands out regardless of the season. Even better, when your guests turn around they’ll see the gorgeous renovated barn. This barn has been fully decked out with modern amenities, while still maintaining that classic look. It’s over 100 years old with hand-cut beams, so it’s a real piece of history. One of the best parts is the wide sliding doors adorning the front of the building. They open to incorporate the beautiful outdoors into the indoor portion of your wedding! With scenery like this, your day will feel extra special.

I mean it when I said they decked this old barn out with modern amenities! First of all, it’s full of gorgeous, soft string lighting. From the ceiling to the beams, these lights make the room have an extra romantic ambiance. They also have a large outdoor deck to enjoy more of the beautiful scenery. In addition, they have added spacious rooms for the bride’s party and groom’s party to get ready. The Bridal suite comes with mirrors, counter tops, and multiple plug-ins. It also has an adjoining bathroom and an area with couches and comfortable seating! The Groom’s suite includes a large window overlooking the ceremony area, as well as comfortable seating for the party.

On the outdoor lower level, there’s a cocktail area with a cozy fire pit. The area is fully covered, so it’s a great spot to utilize if the weather isn’t cooperating. This barn is perfectly modern, but keeps plenty of rustic charm!
