Historic Rosemont Manor is a stunning venue just miles from downtown Winchester, VA. This venue is not only saturated with history and charm, but it has modern amenities and features. If you and your sweetheart are looking for a classy venue near Winchester or Nova, look no further, this is the venue for you!
Rosemont Manor is the perfect spot for couples looking for a place to hold there small to mid-sized wedding. In recent years, the wedding trend has been to have small, intimate weddings. However, Rosemont Manor can easily hold 200 guests in the Carriage House, allowing couples the ultimate flexibility to choose. The ceremony site also fits 200 people. No one will feel left out when you say “I do”!
Rosemont has more than just the looks! When you have your wedding at the Manor, you will also receive:
In addition to these features, Historic Rosemont Manor offers for an additional cost:
This venue also has room for live music, and a bar. Of course, there is also ample parking at the venue, so no shuttle services are required. This is a huge plus!
Originally, this 1800’s mansion, located on 5,000-acres of property was home to many of the best racehorses in the nation! It was a prime spot for Victorian evenings of dancing and dining! However, in 1864 the war shifted everything. The site became monumental in the War Between the States. The Battle of Berryville happened on either side of the Manor, and as a result, Civil War relics have been found on the property.
The Manor has been handed down from family to family over the years. In 1997, the Jones bought the property and took to work restoring it. At the present time, the current owners William & Barbara Genda of Clarke County work hard to keep the venue from being lost to development. They finished the renovations in 2010 and opened Rosemont to the public for the first time in 200 years! It is now an exclusive bed and breakfast and of course, an event venue.
At Historic Rosemont Manor, not only is the Manor itself a stunning backdrop, but there is so much more to offer on the property. The East Lawn and Grand Portico are some of the most popular spots. However, with the charm and elegance that this venue supplies, all of your images are sure to be spectacular.
You have decided to have your wedding at Historic Rosemont, great! The venue has unique, luxury packages named after the first ladies, which I find darling. Even the booking process at Rosemont will leave you raving about your experience here. Because there is so much flexibility in what your wedding day can look like, I highly suggest you take a look at their offerings found here to see what fits your wedding day best!
If you want intimacy, you can host a small, 6 hour ceremony. The Martha Washington package is Rosemont’s base package, and would be perfect for you! This package starts at $3,000 during the off season, and $4,000 for peak season dates. It includes 6 hours of the property, Monday-Friday.
If you desire something bigger- the Jacqueline Kennedy sounds down your alley. This package gives you a 43-hour access to the property! This package starts at $12,000 during the slow season and $16,000 during peak dates. Rosemont is one of the few venues in Winchester that allow for this range of flexibility in their offerings. They truly consider each couple unique, and believe that your wedding day should reflect that too!
If this venue sounds like the perfect fit for you, I highly suggest you ready out sooner rather than later. Luckily because this property features two stunning venues, they typically are not limited on the amount of weddings that they host each year. Being that prime dates always book quickly, reach out to them via email asap to ensure that your date is saved in their calendar!
While you are at it, go ahead and send me a message! I would love to be apart of your most important day, to capture the images and memories of your dreams.
